Problem & goal
Fortis is aimed at users who often start goals but struggle to stay consistent. The challenge was not adding more features, but designing a system that encourages daily execution and accountability without overwhelming the user. The goal was a structured, calm interface that supports habit building over time.
What we did
We designed the complete Fortis mobile app UI in Figma, covering all core product flows — layout structure, interaction patterns, visual hierarchy, and a connected design system with shared styles and scalable layouts, so the product stays consistent as new features are added.
While the app contains many flows, a curated set of key screens is showcased publicly to communicate the product direction clearly without exposing the full product.
The app and flow
The product is structured around core areas that work together as a system. Onboarding introduces the product philosophy and sets expectations around discipline and accountability. Home and daily execution focus on what the user needs to do today — tasks, streaks, and XP — while progress and consistency views visualize performance over time through charts and grids.
Goals and objectives help users break long-term goals into manageable steps. Brotherhood adds a social accountability layer where users can see each other's progress and rankings, and profile and settings cover personal data, preferences, and notifications.
The result
The design gives Fortis a scalable UI foundation that supports long-term usage and feature growth — consistent, easy to extend, and designed to reduce friction in daily use.
